Background Verification – An important step
Previous Employment Reference Checks
When engaging Cheryl McCormack for a recruitment project it will always be with the understanding that the listing is on an exclusive basis (as per the Terms of Business). A minimum of two previous and/or current employment reference checks will be carried out and provided to the client in writing. Referees are also verified prior to a reference being deemed compliant.
Working with Children Checks
Whenever a position is listed with McCormack’s that will involve the incumbent being around or associated with children, a Working with Children Check is required. As a registered employer with the NSW Office of the Children’s Guardian, McCormack’s are able to verify a shortlisted candidate’s WWCC prior to their introduction to the client organisation,
National Police Checks
A Police Check may be carried out on a shortlisted candidate if required. McCormack’s partners with WorkPro – a web-based employee screening service provider allowing us to provide our Clients with the security and peace of mind that their preferred candidate has been fully checked!
