o        Working with Children Check (where applicable)
 
Module 4 Skill Assessments per short listed candidate:
o        Software skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook,  Microsoft Project, MYOB, QuickBooks, Payroll Fundamentals
o        Keyboard skill: typing, data entry alpha & numeric including speed & accuracy
o        Finance skills including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, Accounting Principles
o        Spelling, Grammar & Visual Accuracy – manual written assessments
 
Module 5 Personality Profile (MBTI) per short listed candidate:
o        Assesses personality preferences related to team fit
