Executive Assistant to CEO

This is a short term temporary assignment in an important role providing Executive Assistance to the Chief Executive Officer & Director of Mission.
A holiday leave replacement this is a 7 week assignment commencing 18th August 2016 for a one-day handover and then working 3 days per week from the 22nd August 2016 up to & including the 10th October 2016.
Mondays and Tuesdays are non-negotiable however the third day worked can be either a Thursday or Friday. Hours of work will be 9am to 5pm on the 3 days per week.
Duties will include;
- Incoming calls and email management
- Weekly management meeting agenda preparation
- Minutes at meetings followed by circulation of
- Organising catering and flights
- Expenses – credit card coding
- Assisting with last part of preparation for a Catholic Healthcare Conference in September
- Assisting with preparation for a Board & Trustees visit
- Assisting the EA to the DON
